Chris Jurasek is an inspiring and innovative leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding business transformation in challenging markets. He has served as president, CEO and board member for global telecommunications, professional services and manufacturing companies. His skills include maximizing profitability, increasing customer satisfaction, and boosting employee engagement. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Albert Spell is OnPoint’s Chief Operating Officer. He has decades of experience overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting growth and boosting profitability for top-tier companies. With broad management experience in strategy development and deployment, he has been an asset to large professional services organizations. Known for his ability to develop, motivate and retain high-performing teams, he also excels at providing personal mentorship to employees who show great potential. Albert earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Stephen has been a fixture in the real estate business for over 15 years. He is currently licensed in 26 states as a broker, and also serves as an instructor and practitioner. Over the course of his career, Stephen has helped bring a new breed of tech-focused platforms to market, served as a compliance officer for a multi-state brokerage, and more. In his spare time, he proudly hosts the real estate radio show “Street and Curb in Nashville.”
Karen Farrell has a background of 20+ years in real estate and property management. As a licensed Realtor since 2008, Karen has managed and leased multi-family properties and achieved an unheard of 100% occupancy with 100% collected for three consecutive months. She also holds a broker’s license in several states. In her free time, she enjoys cheering for her daughter’s club soccer and volunteering at the local high school.
Joe Rutter is an experienced managing principal broker. Having sold millions of dollars of real estate and managed thousands of rental properties, the experience he brings to OnPoint is priceless. Whether his clients are investors with large portfolios or owners of single-family homes, Joe strives to make connections and learn about their needs to provide them with the best possible service. Joe holds degrees in both business management and real estate.
Tyler Lesneski is a licensed Realtor with a rich history of sales and management experience. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in sales and marketing, Tyler spent 20 years working in the medical equipment and pharmaceutical industry where he discovered his gifts for corporate sales and management. These skills served him well as he transitioned into residential project management and home flipping. Tyler has now spent more than ten years working in real estate.
